Wedding text updates

Effective September 23, 2026

Spring & Richard's Wedding is the website for our wedding. It sends automated text notifications to invited guests who opt in: the save the date, the invitation with a private RSVP link, a confirmation when you RSVP, and event updates such as schedule or venue changes. Messages are sent by the website when these events happen. We do not send marketing messages.

Sign up for texts

Texts only go to guests on our invitation list. If your number isn’t on it, you won’t receive messages.

Other ways to opt in

On your invitation page. Every invited guest gets a private link to their save the date and invitation. The “Your details” section there has the same optional, unticked checkbox and wording as the form above, next to the phone number field.
By telling us directly. When we ask you in person or by phone whether we may text you about the wedding, we explain that texts come from Spring & Richard's Wedding, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP at any time. We record your consent in the website only if you say yes.

Agreeing to texts is never required to attend the wedding or to RSVP.

After you opt in

You’ll receive this confirmation right away, however you opted in. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. If you change your phone number, you’ll need to opt in again for the new number.
